The dual complement of rich features for consumers — and the opportunity for retailers to position the product for use with computers, use as a mobile theater unit or for high-end stereo home theater use — highlight new GE-brand bass vibration foldable headphone from Jasco Products.
Jasco said model HO97745 employs its specially designed BassShaker technology, which simulates 2.1 sound, to “uniquely” produce deep, rich sounds with vibration sensations — or like having an amplified subwoofer in each ear. The foldable feature allows for fast, easy storage for business travel or vacation, said the company.
The headphone is said to be perfect for gaming, watching movies or listening to music with a serious thumping beat. The unit uses a 3.5mm stereo jack for compatibility with MP3 players, iPods, portable DVD players, portable satellite radios and more.
Other features for the $39.99 suggested retail headphone include comfortable leather-cushioned ear pads, in-line control for bass and travel bag and battery.
