ION Audio introduced the iPA03 at International CES, held here earlier this month.

The iPA03 is billed as a portable speaker system that is a mobile solution for traveling musicians, entertainers and event coordinators. The high-output powered mountable two-way speaker system features four inputs with independent level controls for an iPod, with a docking and charging station for an iPod, iPod Mini or iPod nano; a microphone, with balanced XLR or 0.5-inch microphone; an instrument, with a 0.25-inch jack for guitar, keyboard or other instrument; or a CD/MP3 player, with an RCA line level input.

It takes approximately four hours to fully charge the iPA03, said the company in a release, and it outputs hi-fi sound to more than 150 feet.

It also features a rechargeable battery; aluminum construction with two wheels and a retracting handle; and a microphone, microphone cable, IEC power cable and start guide. At a $299 suggested retail, it is currently available.
