Fellowes Launches Media Organization Solution

A multi-functional software program that offers a complete, customized organization solution is available from Fellowes. Called the NEATO Pro Media Organizer, the software's three integrated components include a custom electronic filing system, CD/DVD burning software and media labeling design software. Together, these features provide a powerful management and presentation desktop tool, said Fellowes,

Fellowes cites a survey, where 26 percent of heavy CD burners (more than five CDs/DVDs per week) are burning in their offices — creating a need for a more sophisticated multi-faceted program that is strategically designed to manage the user's media inside and out.

"We have researched the market quite extensively, and there is no current product that provides all the tools that the Pro Media Organizer does," said John Kolano, product manager. "This program is an unprecedented introduction into the marketplace, as it provides three functions in one easy-to-use software package," he said.

To organize, the user can create and customize a central file catalog that will help keep track of all electronic files and folders. Files can be burned instantly to CDs and DVDs, a useful tool for backing electronic files, transporting files or archiving e-mail. After burning files, the organizer automatically prompts users to create custom labels and case inserts. Users also can print and apply labels using the bonus CD Label Applicator and 150 assorted labels included in the package.
