Evolve Debuts TV Info Remote

Evolve Solutions, which provides universal remote controls with free television listings, is teaming with RMG3 to offer downloadable and customizable NASCAR racing content for its new Guide Remote.

Using Evolve's SecondScreen technology, users can download and view updated schedules, news and standings regarding their favorite teams and drivers through an LCD screen on the universal remote.

The Guide Remote allows users to access weekly, personalized TV program information right in the palms of their hands, and to see what's on and what's next without missing what they currently are watching.

Consumers can download, using a USB connection from a PC, up to seven days of subscription-free television listings and program descriptions, plus customizable racing content directly to their remote control.

The Guide Remote is a full back-lit universal remote consolidating TV, VCR, DVD, cable and satellite remote controls, with the convenience of personalized TV listings on the LCD. The unit is available for a suggested under-$50 retail.
