Energizer Brings Six Models To Power Protection Market

Energizer has entered the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) market with six models designed to protect consumer electronics and small business users from power disruptions. Technuity, a supply-chain management solutions provider, has been named exclusive distributor for the line.

Designed to protect PCs and home theater systems from power surges, spikes, brownouts and outages, the all-in-one offerings automatically save open files and power down systems when threatening power irregularities arise.

The six models include the ER-HM400 for the personal user, the ER-HMOF600 for the home office user and the ER-HT400 for the home theater enthusiast.

Full-line features include FileSaver software, visual and audio warning indicators, up to 32 minutes of run time, Internet-ready phone/fax modem hookups, equipment protection policy up to $100,000, automatic voltage regulation, two to six backup outlets, user-replaceable batteries and USB connectivity.

Suggested retails range from $59.99 to $279.99.
