Case-Mate Debuts BlackBerry Playbook Cases

ATLANTA – Case-Mate announced
a new line of cases
for the recently launched
BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.
The initial line’s three
SKUS are based on three of
the company’s most popular
iPad case styles -- Pop!, Venture
and Barely There.
Case-mate is an official
participant in RIM’s Built
for BlackBerry program and
each case displays the Built
for BlackBerry logo on its packaging.
The Pop! case is co-molded of plastic
and soft rubber to create a hard
case with a soft touch. A built-in stand
extends for screen viewing or remains
hidden to create a flat back cover. It
will have a suggested retail price of
$39.99 and is available in black, grey
and pink.
The Venture, also $39.99, doubles
as a secure stand. The cover snaps
closed to keep the screen scratchfree,
or when unsnapped and flipped
over the case works as a stable stand
foor typing pr presenting. It’s available
in black/gray.
The Barely There offers a thin
layer of protection in a ruggedized
plastic shell. It comes in black with
a $34.99 retail price.

mobile accessories for the hottest

“By offering three of our most
popular styles for the PlayBook,
customers can select to outfit their
device with the best in protection,
design or style.”
Case-Mate is also offering an antiglare
anti-fingerprint screen protection
film for $19.99.
The line began shipping to retail
partners last week is currently available
