Acoustic Research is highlighting premium surge protectors for home consumer electronics products as well as satellite systems in its AR surge protector lineup.

Other products in the line are the AR-10V, with 10 outlets and 1736 joules for a suggested $79.99 retail; the AR-8V, with eight outlets and 1284 joules at a $49.99 suggested retail; and the AR-7, with seven outlets and 570 joules for a $29.99 suggested retail.
